We are excited to share this opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager based in our NIB Chatswood Centre conveniently located at The Concourse. This centre has 6 dental chairs and a great, friendly warm and welcoming environment where everyone helps each other and is always respectful.

In this position you will work closely with the Centre Manager to predominately deliver and model exceptionally high quality patient care and support the team of Dental Assistants, leading them in a positive and engaging manner. 

You will assist the Centre Manager with all aspects of the running of a dental practice such as rostering, budgets, reporting, process improvements and sales, patient and staff engagement targets to ensure success for all patients, team members and Dentists. 

The centre is open 7 days per week with weekend responsibilities regularly needed, but we can you offer a 9 day fortnight in return!

About you:

You are known to:

You have:

• Current Cert III or Cert IV in Dental (ideally)
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Dental and perhaps have lead a team in a previous position. 
• Experience with administration such as rostering
