What is this role?

This is a permanent, full time position working at our Group Head office which is conveniently located in Greenhills. Our IT supports 91 Dental Centres across Australia and the support functions based at Head office. In this position, you will be responsible for trouble shooting and maintaining servers on site or remotely, ensuring business continuity through fail overs etc as well as design and implementation of projects in a complex dispersed environment such as WIFI network deployment, Office 365 and sharepoint. To ensure your success, you will also be able to work closely with our Vendors and external providers and be led by a highly skilled and friendly IT Operations Manager. 

What do you need to have?

To be successful for this position, you will need to have:

• Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role
• Ideally degree qualifications or relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications
• Strong background in ITIL 
• Exceptional customer service stills
• Ability to pivot between multiple tasks and projects
• Experience working in a dispersed environment
