What is this role?
This is a permanent, full time position working at our Group Head office which is conveniently located in Greenhills. In this position, you will be working with another Service Desk Analyst to provide level 2/3 support to our 91 Dental Centres across Australia and the support functions based at Head office. In addition to this you will also have projects to keep things exciting such as roll out of Office 365, PC upgrades and IT set up at our new dental centres across Australia. To ensure your success, you will also be able to work closely with our Vendors and external providers and be led by a highly skilled and friendly IT Operations Manager.
What do you need to have?
To be successful for this position, you will need to have:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a similar role providing level 2/3 support desk assistance
- Strong background in ITIL
- Exceptional customer service stills
- Ability to pivot between multiple tasks and projects
- Experience working in a dispersed environment
- Drivers license and ability to travel as needed
