About this opportunity

Rare opportunity for an ongoing casual position position based at Shellharbour Practice. This centre has little to no turnover of staff and our casuals have the opportunity to progress to a permanent position where ever possible! This centre has 3 dental chairs with the potential to grow to 4 and is conveniently located at Stockland shopping centre. It is a great team environment with a very supportive manager and regional manager to help guide you. 

As one of our Dental Assistants you will enjoy a variety of responsibilities ensuring no two days are the same! Your roster will rotate; Chair –side Dentist assistance, instrument sterilisation and reception duties, all while ensuring exceptional customer service to our patients and team work with our Dentists.

About you

You are friendly, enthusiastic, dedicated and kind with an ability to easily build rapport with our patients.  Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask make you a valuable asset in any team.

In addition:

• Ideally you will have a relevant Qualification, and/or experience as a Dental Assistant
• Current immunisation clearance documents for Hepatitis B, or willing to complete the 4-6 week process of getting these immunisations (we offer financial assistance with this process)
