Your Role

🦷 Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
🦷 Manage appointment bookings & patient records
🦷 Process payments and health fund claims
🦷 Assist with general admin tasks to keep the practice running smoothly
🦷 Work on a rotating weekend schedule (penalty rates apply)

About You

✔️ Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (dental or medical preferred)
✔️ Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
✔️ Friendly, enthusiastic, and committed to providing excellent patient care
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
✔️ Basic computer skills & familiarity with appointment booking systems
