Are you ready to lead not just one, but two high-performing dental centres with confidence and care? We’re searching for a passionate and capable Multi-Site Centre Leader to join Pacific Smiles Dental, overseeing our Cleveland and Victoria Point centres.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role, supported by an experienced and encouraging leadership team – including your fantastic Regional Business Leader, who’s as supportive as they are inspiring.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Centre Leader, you’ll drive daily operations, ensure outstanding patient experiences, and lead a team that’s as committed to excellence as you are. Your responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Manage and support your Dental Assistants and Reception teams. You’ll lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.

• Financial Management: Oversee centre budgets, expenses, and invoicing while identifying growth opportunities.

• Patient Experience: Champion a caring, smooth, and professional journey for all patients.

• Compliance & Clinical Standards: Ensure strict adherence to regulations and internal policies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with patients, Dentists, suppliers, and health funds.

• Roster Management: Align staffing needs with budgets and patient care delivery.

What You Bring to the Table

You’re a natural leader with a drive to succeed and support others. Your background could be in dental, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar – what matters most is your leadership capability and people-first mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

• Proven experience managing teams and achieving KPIs.

• Solid commercial acumen, including rostering and budgeting.

• Comfortable leading across two locations and building resilience within a team.

• A growth mindset with a love for learning, collaboration, and progress.
