About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity at our Mulgrave centre for a friendly and motivated individual to join us as a Receptionist with Dental Assisting Support. This is a permanent part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys front-of-house duties while also supporting clinical care as needed.

• Front desk focus with occasional chairside assisting and sterilisation support

• 3-chair modern dental practice offering a wide range of treatments

• Work with a fun, professional, and dedicated team

• Core days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | Optional Tuesday/Saturday shifts

• Experience in dental reception is preferred; exposure to chairside assisting is a bonus

• Confident with booking appointments, managing patient records, and handling enquiries

• Familiar with infection control and sterilisation protocols

• A team player with strong communication skills and reliability

• Committed to delivering empathetic, high-quality care
