Your Role at a Glance

You’ll support the Centre Leader in delivering an exceptional experience for both patients and team members. This is a hands-on leadership support role where you’ll assist with:

• Reception, chairside and sterilisation duties on a rostered basis

• Team coaching and setting standards for conduct and care

• Daily operations including rostering, stock control, and financial reporting

• Ensuring clinical compliance and maintaining high patient care standards

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive dental industry experience and ideally previous team leadership

• Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent knowledge)

• A passion for people and a natural ability to lead and mentor

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to grow
