Practice Manager

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Dental Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a background in the dental industry to lead one of our flagship centres in Brisbane CBD. About the Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll play a vital leadership role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. You’ll provide direct support to the clinical and reception teams, ensuring smooth service delivery and an exceptional experience for every patient.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations and supporting a cohesive, high-performing team

• Managing and mentoring Dental Assistants and Receptionists

• Driving financial performance through effective budgeting, invoicing, and cost management

• Ensuring excellence in patient care, safety, and satisfaction

• Maintaining clinical compliance with all regulatory and practice standards

• Building strong relationships with patients, Dentists, suppliers, and health funds

• Meeting performance targets and managing staff rosters to align with business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in a dental or medical setting is highly regarded

• Candidates with strong leadership backgrounds from hospitality or retail will also be considered

• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop team members

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing KPIs and rosters

• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)

• A passion for customer service and creating positive patient experiences
