Regional Manager

Permanent Full-Time | Multi-Site Leadership | Corporate Dental 
Location: South Brisbane and Gold Coast based centres
Reporting to: General Manager

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Leader to lead a portfolio of high-performing dental centres across the Gold Coast and South Brisbane.

With a focus on people, performance and patient experience, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in multi-site leadership and is looking for their next step in a purpose-driven organisation.

Your Centre Portfolio Includes:

Burleigh Heads, Ballina, Browns Plains, Coomera, Mount Gravatt, Helensvale, Loganholme, Runaway Bay, Robina and Tweed Heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Centre Leaders across 10 centres

• Foster high-quality relationships with dental practitioners

• Drive performance metrics including revenue, patient satisfaction and EBIT

• Champion Pacific Smiles’ positive culture and values

• Implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives

• Take full responsibility for regional P&L and clinical compliance

About You

• Experienced in leading multiple service-focused sites (healthcare, retail or allied services)

• Strong financial and business acumen – budgeting, forecasting, commercial strategy

• People-first leadership style, with emotional intelligence and resilience

• A clear communicator who builds trust and drives results

• Full driver’s licence and comfort with regular travel across the region
