Pacific Smiles Group is seeking a high-impact, people-first leader to take on a pivotal role as State Leader – Victoria. This is a rare opportunity to shape performance, culture, and growth across our Victorian dental centres.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager – Centre Operations, you will:

• Lead the overall performance of all centres in your state

• Directly manage a team of Regional Business Leaders (RBLs) and a handful of Centre Leaders/centres

• Support and develop centre teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality operations

• Partner with internal stakeholders and support functions to drive business performance

• Own the commercial and operational Dentist relationships in directly managed centres

• Based in Victoria, regular state-wide travel required

You’ll be responsible for

• Driving performance, growth, and commercial outcomes across your state

• Leading and mentoring Regional Business Leaders and Centre Leaders

• Managing compliance, operational standards, and centre efficiency

• Supporting Dentist engagement and practice success in your directly managed centres

• Championing a strong team culture aligned to Pacific Smiles’ purpose and values

We’re looking for a leader who brings

• Senior operational leadership experience across multiple sites or regions

• A strong track record in business growth and financial performance

• Experience leading leaders and coaching high-performing teams

• The ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with confidence

• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with strong commercial acumen
