🦷 About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager (Centre Leader) to join our team in Woden, where you’ll take charge of daily operations and inspire a passionate team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Reporting to the Regional Business Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for team performance, patient satisfaction, and commercial outcomes — all while enjoying the support of a collaborative leadership group.

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day

• Manage clinical operations and the patient journey

• Oversee rostering, budgets and operational KPIs

• Lead, coach and support Dental Assistants and Front Office teams

• Maintain compliance, clinical standards and team engagement

• Build strong relationships with Dentists, patients and local partners

✅ About You

• Strong leadership experience in retail, healthcare, hospitality or dental

• Skilled in team coaching, business operations and performance management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

• Dental or medical experience is desirable, but not essential

• Passionate about people, patients and building a positive culture
